The Thunder are riding a 4 game winning streak and looking to further cement themselves in the middle of the playoff hunt for home court advantage. Even so, their wins have looked uneven and we are still searching for them to really click. Russell Westbrook continues his assault on history, and will be looking for his 100th career triple-double game, but will it come at the expense of a more fluid offense and defensive focus?

The Hawks, already kind of packing it in for the season, having shut down Kent Bazemore and likely missing Jaylen Morris for tonight’s game, and of course Marco Belinelli is no longer on the roster. Which of course means this is the perfect trap game.

In spite of the Rob Zombie level offense vs the Kings, OKC did muster some solid defense for the 1st half, and that again will be key to getting out ahead of a lottery team early. If OKC can maintain this focus and show a modicum of offensive flow, this game should be academic.

Of course, as we know in this season, nothing is.
