The off-season is OFFICIALLY over. Today at 1:30 - 3:30 PM EST, the Oklahoma City Thunder will be hosting their annual team media day, which should be a fascinating look into a team that has been the narrative of the offseason. Prior to Saturday, fans of OKC had more than enough to be excited about. Russell Westbrook had already got himself a high-velocity scoring partner earlier in the summer in Paul George, but with Saturday’s addition of Carmelo Anthony, today will surely be a sweet treat.

Unfortunately for those that work full-time day jobs, catching the live-streamed media session may be difficult. The Thunder should begin streaming closer to 1:00 PM EST on their NBA simulcast site.

In addition to the NBA simulcast page, the stream will also be offered on a Facebook live stream, and on the official OKC Thunder mobile application.

It is expected that Carmelo will be attending the conference, as he’s already set to begin training camp with the rest of the team on Tuesday. It’ll also be interesting to see the proud face of Mr. Sam Presti, who has done an incredible job in the off-season with proving to Russell and company that he means business, striding for nothing but a championship.

If you aren’t able to catch the Thunder’s official media day coverage, make sure to stop by WTLC over the following days for media recaps, training camp coverage, and all content leading up to the Thunder’s regular season debut.
