Thunder vs 76’ers preview: Jerami Grant returns to city of Brotherly Love

The Reunion tour continues.

NBA: Philadelphia 76ers at Oklahoma City Thunder Mark D. Smith-USA TODAY Sports

The Oklahoma City Thunders reunion tour continues tonight in Philadelphia at 6pm cdt. This time it is Jerami Grant visiting old stomping grounds and renewing friendships as the Thunder try once again to reach .500. The 76’ers have been a surprise this season as the perennial lottery fodder team of old finds itself sitting just a half a game out of the East’s elite eight.

Projected starting line-up for Philly:

Number one draft pick Markelle Fultz is out rehab-bing a sore right shoulder as is Justin Anderson and Rotoworld list Joel Embid as questionable. The 76’ers are currently 14 and 13, but have dropped 6 of their last 9 after a hot 11 and 7 start to the season.

Ironically, this is the type of team, short-handed and on a downward slide, that has consistently given the Thunder problems all season. In order to reach the break even mark, Oklahoma City will have to avoid lapses on both ends of the floor.

Tip-Off 6:00 pm cst.
