Kevin Durant's former Miami condo rents monthly for what you'll make annually coming out of college

Kevin Durant has sold his luxury condo in Miami, FL for $3.1 million. It's a nice return on his $1.825 million investment back in 2011. But KD isn't the only person making money here. The South Florida Business Journal shared the condo's fate:

The 3,793-square-foot condo with three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms was built in 2008. It was bought with all cash by 900 Biscayne 6307 LLC, which is managed by Colombian investor Moncaleano.

The new owner has listed the condo for rent at $22,000 per month.

That's what a lot of people will make annually after graduating college, and there's plenty of other mind-blowing comparisons I won't make right now. But here's what a $3.1 million view looks like:
