Thunder Loud Links: which coach could come to Oklahoma City?

New, comments

Various and sundry during the playoffs and the Thunder's offseason transition.

Mark D. Smith-USA TODAY Sports

In case you've been living under a rock for the last 3 days, the Oklahoma City Thunder have fired coach Scott Brooks.

Some fans were happy with the decision, saying that the change was needed. Others weren't as pleased

Anyway, what's done is done. Scott Brooks will not be coaching this team next season. The question is, who will, and what will they bring?

And now that the Thunder are going through a coaching change during one of the most challenging times for most fans, what is the state of the city?

A coaching change isn't the only thing Sam Presti will have to do this off season.  He'll also have to decide if he should bring Enes Kanter back, and if so, for how much?

Thinking about Free Agency might be getting ahead of ourselves a little bit. Since OKC missed the playoffs, they'll have the 14th (and possibly higher) pick in the Draft. Who should they target?

Going around the NBA, the Golden State Warriors came back from 20 points down last night.  Even down 16 with  5 minutes left, you never thought they were out of it. Maybe the Pelicans shouldn't have even tried. Especially when Steph Curry is MVPing like this:

Anyway, Tim Duncan was being Tim Duncan.

And how do you understand Mike Conley?
