2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup Preliminary Games Schedule

Want to keep up with Team USA? Want to know who some of their rivals are? Or, do you just want to find some basketball to watch during the dog days of Summer?

No matter what, I have the answer for you. Below, you'll find a complete schedule of warm-up games for the 2014 FIBA World Cup.

I plan to update the list daily until the World Cup begins. Clicking on each match will bring up more information, including links. Games concerning World Cup teams are in blue, while games concerning non-World Cup teams are in yellow. The list is not entirely complete, as a few teams have yet to release their schedules.

Why is this calendar remarkable? Well, FIBA never goes to the trouble of announcing which teams are going to play where, unless they're part of an international tournament. So, if you want to find out what friendly matches your team is playing before the big tournament, you have to go to your team's site. This is easy if you follow one team, but if you want to follow all of them, it's no easy task. Especially considering that the majority of the websites have to be translated.
