Hat-tip to Royce Young at Daily Thunder for spotting this video, which considers the unthinkable - could the Thunder be the first team in NBA history to lose a series after being ahead 3-0? The biggest argument you could make in Houston's favor is that they are but a few twists and turns (and bounces) from actually being up in this series, 3-1. However, the facts are what they are, and Houston would have to win 4 games in a row against a team that has not lost 4 games in a row since the 2008-09 season, which is incidentally Russell Westbrook's rookie year.
If the Thunder are only 1-2 possessions better than the Rockets for this series, so be it, but I find it difficult to believe that this proud bunch would fall apart so completely that they could do something both historically unprecedented as well as contrary to the team's very ethos - they always bounce back from tough losses. OKC is not a paper tiger; they may be flawed, but they do not lack resolve. They will figure out a way to put this thing away.
