Steven Adams, the Oklahoma City Thunder's rookie center, is quite the physical presence. On top of that, he possesses agility and strength that are quickly endearing him to the Thunder fanbase.
Adams got into his first NBA scuffle against the Dallas Mavericks' Vince Carter. After inadvertently elbowing Carter in the head, Carter decided to get some retribution, and you can see it in the video above.
Elbow. Straight to the side of the head. Didn't phase Adams one bit.
Jeremy Lamb said he asked Steven Adams if the elbow he took from Carter hurt. Adams response: "What?"

In fact, Adams played straight on through the impact, and like any good rugby player, looked confused as to why the action was halted.
German superstar Dirk Nowitzki was impressed.

Did the elbow hurt? Yeah.
Steven Adams: "Definitely felt it. It was an elbow to the head. I just don't like reacting to it. It's unfortunate that it happened really."

That's what we call "Kiwi Strong."
Play on.
