The appearance is a coming out party of sorts for Durant, who has gone about a tremendous metamorphosis during his time in the NBA. He has transformed from the tall, lanky, and shy kid from D.C. to a true ambassador of the pro game. He is comfortable in front of the cameras, can speak well extemporaneously, and as we see here, can now hold his own against Jimmy Kimmel.
