(SB Nation Kansas City, Eddie Maisonet) The Oklahoma City Thunder were able to soundly defeat the Golden State Warriors on Friday night 110-87. However, Scott Brooks' squad didn't leave Chesapeake Energy Arena unscathed as Russell Westbrook suffered what's being called a "mild ankle sprain."
Westbrook finished with 18 points, three rebounds and three steals in an easy victory over the Warriors, but along with the Thunder's startin center Kendrick Perkins being down with a knee contusion, it's unclear how long Oklahoma City will have to play without two of their five starters.
Oklahoma City will next host the New Orleans Hornets on Sunday night.
