Courtesy of our partner ticket aggregators at TiqIQ, here's how much the most expensive and cheapest Thunder games will be running you this season.
The high-dollar comes as no surprise. Everybody wants to see the Lakers, and the opportunity for a first look at their new roster springs them to the top of the list of must-see matchups. Interestingly, the second game against the Lakers is somewhat cheaper than the first, so you might want to look into your March schedule if you plan on seeing them. The Heat are coming off of a Finals appearance against the Thunder last year and only come to the Chesapeake Energy Arena once, so that game will be a must-see as well. Rounding out the list is a post-Christmas game against the Thunder's I-35 Rivals, the Mavs, and the homecoming of state hero, Blake Griffin.
The low end of the spectrum comes as more of a surprise. Granted, Eastern cellar dwellers like Charlotte, Cleveland, and Toronto won't provide great matchups. But there's some great matchups to be had. Even though the memory of the Oklahoma City Hornets has long faded away, the Hornets feature some of the NBA's hottest young stars, including Team USA's Anthony Davis and Austin Rivers. Additionally, you can get tickets to see the Hawks, a sure-fire playoff team, for a low as 21 bucks. That's a huge steal in my opinion, and if I wasn't a season ticket holder I'd be on that deal as soon as I could.
