Here is a solid compilation of the plays that Kevin Durant and LeBron James made while going at each other Tuesday night at Carmelo Anthony's exhibition game. LeBron attacked the rim like a madman, but Durant held his own working his way to the rim as well. If LeBron is Dr. J, then Durant is George Gervin. Durant obviously does not possess the core strength or raw power of LeBron, but Kevin continues to learn how to get to the front of the rim against stronger defenders. I can imagine the two of them walking off the court after the game, considering the other and thinking:
Durant: "That's where I gotta get to."
LeBron: "Here he comes."
