The 2010 NBA Draft is finally upon us! For what has seemed like ages, draft stock has risen and fallen like nobodies business, rumours have flown all over the place, and little has actually happened. But this is where the rumours all finally come to fruition. Things will actually happen, and we will get a good idea as to how our roster will look this season. The actual rotation might not change, but at the very least, we'll know who we can hope will be put in the game at the end of a blowout.
The first Thunder news to come out since we lost to the Lakers is that we have traded up to 18. Not only did we trade our almost redundant second rounder (32) to move up to a legitimate position in the draft, we also got sharpshooter Daequan Cook. Talk about a hijacking of a team that really needs cap space. We finally have a solid shooter to play some cleanup minutes if necessary, and to put pressure on James Harden. Along with that, we have more chips to throw on the table for a top 10 pick.
Right now, if no trades happen (which is unlikely), we have the 18th, 21st, 26th, and 51st pick.
For every trade that happens and pick that is made, a new thread will be made discussing that respective issue. But for now, feel free to use this thread to talk about any rumors or what have you that are floating around.
