It looks like the folks at 2K Sports have officially gone with a trio of Young Guns, shying away from their recent covers of NBA Legends and older players like Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett. It also marks the second year in a row they've gone with three athletes on the cover, rather than just one.

2K Sports just released their teaser cover image for NBA 2K13, with "clues" for the three athletes that will appear on the cover. One of them is a tarantula, almost certainly representing Kevin Durant.

By position, the Thunder are tied for 14th at Center, 15th at Power Forward, 2nd at Small Forward, in a four way tie for 22nd at Shooting Guard, and 4th at Point Guard.

NBA 2K11 was released to the masses this Thursday, and it marks the first time since 1999 that a NBA Basketball Simulation game has been released into the market without a competitor.

This Tuesday, the world was re-introduced to the phenomenon known as NBA Jam. Copies didn't exactly fly off the shelves, as the game was only released for the Wii, but the game has certainly received amazing critical reviews. So, does this game live up to the hype?
