Well folks! This is it! The moment of Truth is upon us, and the Oklahoma City Thunder will be involved in their first ever NBA Draft Lottery selection show tonight at 7:30pm Local Time on ESPN.

The Oklahoma City Thunder announced the other day that the newly installed, full time, head coach of the Thunder, Scott Brooks will be representing the team at the 2009 NBA Draft Lottery. So today we'll take a few moments to discuss the choice, as well as see who other teams are sending to the 2009 NBA Draft Lottery to represent their respective organizations.

The 2009 NBA Draft Lottery is now officially less than a week away, and as it gets closer, I thought it might be interesting to take a look at the history of teams sitting in our current position heading into the lottery. Meaning, where did teams with the 4th worst record end up after the draft lottery?

So you may have read about the Oklahoma City Thunder working out 12 players who will be part of the 2009 NBA Draft, in Darnell Mayberry's Thunder Rumblings Blog. The list of players, as you will see below, isn't exactly the caliber of player we would see the Thunder taking at #25 overall in the first round.
