A pertinent question. Russ has often said that he simply loves to go clothes shopping in whatever city he finds himself in. Understandably, that often leads to him finding unusual if not fashon-chic expensive shirts. However, I have to ask - where was he hanging out when he came across this little number? In Germany listening to an Oompah band?
