John Wall sits down with Truehoop's Henry Abbott and talks about his explosiveness and how it stacks up against others.

Abbott: "We're going to have a competition to see who is fastest with the ball down the court. Who do we need to invite to this contest?"

Wall: "Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul, Derrick Rose...me"

Abbott: "Who is going to win?"

Wall: "Me."

In terms of horizontal explosiveness, maybe. However, if you combine that with the vertical plane, I don't think Wall holds a candle to Westbrook.
