The Thunder were chasing the Heat for most of the night. They had never led in the game, despite coming close on a number of occasions in the 3rd quarter. Russell Westbrook was instrumental in keeping his team in attack mode, and you could sense that he knew he was about to have a break-through moment. Down 2 points with a final possession to go in the 3rd, Westbrook attacked the rim, drawing the and-1 call against the Heat. His subsequent free throw gave his team their first lead in the game, one that they would not relinquish.
