Hi guys this is my first post here. I've been a loyal Thunder fan ever since they first came here. I've been on SB Nation, but I never knew there was a Thunder blog. I'm excited to be a part of this blog and look forward to talking Thunder basketball with my fellow fans!
These are some candidates for sixth man of the year.
- Jason Terry - He's averaging 14.6 points per game, 3.7 assists per game, and 2.3 rebounds per game. He has his deadly three point shot, and has helped the Mavericks to a 23-20 record this season.
- Louis Williams - He's averaging 16.1 points per game, 3.7 assists per game, and 2.3 rebounds per game. The 25 year old has been one of the biggest contributors to the 76'ers this season. He has helped them to a nice 25-17 record this season.
- Mo Williams - He's averaging 14 points per game, 3.3 assists per game, and 2.1 rebounds per game. He has been a very capable backup to Chris Paul this season. The Clippers are 23-17 on the season.
Here's my choice for the NBA Sixth Man of Year.
James Harden- He's averaging 17.2 points per game, 3.5 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game. His stats are better than some starters in the NBA. He means so much this team. He comes off the bench in OKC, rather than go somewhere and be a starter. He could be a franchise centerpiece. He comes off the bench, because he wants to do anything to help this team. He is so unselfish. He makes guys like Collison, Mohammed, and other bench players a lot better. I don't think there's a better Big 3 in the league than Durant, Westbrook, and Harden. He means so much to this team, and kinda seems like he goes unnoticed. Not by Thunder fans, but by the rest of the league. He also has the best beard in the league!
That's who I think will win it, but there's a lot left of the season. Anything can happen, but I feel very confident he will win it.
Thanks for Reading!
