Nate Robinson Charged With Public Urination
Via IamaGM.com and lohud.com:
NBA point guard Nate Robinson made quite a splash on Main Street early Friday when police said he was spotted urinating on the sidewalk outside the City Center....
He was taken Police Headquarters where he was issued a ticket charging him with a public urination violation. Robinson was released on $100 bail and is due in City Court on June 22. The violation normally carries a $50 fine. Police said he gave a Seattle, Wash., address.
Well, I'm hoping I speak for all of us by saying that I really don't care. There are plenty of worse things in the world to do than pee outside of a Barnes and Noble. Then again, you usually have to be pretty dumb and/or drunk to get caught for peeing somewhere, so I don't have a lot of sympathy for him, either. I mean, seriously, just go find a dark corner or alley where nobody will see you.
The only mildly interesting thing I see about this story is that he gave a Seattle address. He's from Seattle and all, but it's interesting to note that he doesn't have long-term residence in OKC. Whether that says anything about his long-term status with the team is anyone's guess, but it is still interesting to note.
