ESPN is reporting that the NBA has scheduled two pre-season games between last year's Western Conference Finalists, the Oklahoma City Thunder and the World Champion Dallas Mavericks.

Game 1: December 18 at 6:30 PM at the American Airlines Center
Game 2: December 20 at 7:00 PM at Oklahoma City
While a pre-season game will likely not feature the same intensity we witnessed in the WCF, it is still great to see that the NBA recognizes a potential rivalry between the veteran champs and the youngsters who seek their crown.
