Nike has a new commercial out as a part of its "Basketball Never Stops" campaign, and this one features Kevin Durant and Oklahoma City. I have to say...this will make you smile.

I would say, and Royce Young at Daily Thunder agrees, this is the best commercial that Durant has done, in part because it really underscores Durant's desire and ability to connect with people in all walks of life. I would even go so far as to say that it is also one of the best that Nike has done as well, because every single note they play in the song that is Kevin Durant and his love for the game...every note is pitch perfect. After Durant played his infamous Halloween flag football game, I commented that Durant is essentially living out a Nike commercial. This work here goes to show that Nike is aware of this reality as well and decided to catch up to Kevin and his humble pursuits.
