Kevin Durant is trailing only Kobe Bryant in Western Conference votes for this year's All-Star Game.

Bryant, Howard Lead All-Star Balloting in Final Update | NBA.com

Durant finished with over 1.2 million votes, while Kobe finished with over 1.7 million votes. In the Eastern Conference, the Orlando Magic's leviathan Dwight Howard finished tops in the conference and second overall with over 1.5 million votes. Overall, Durant garnered the fifth highest number of votes, trailing Kobe, Howard, LeBron James, and Dwyane Wade. I think that's pretty lofty company, and with the way Durant has been playing lately, well-deserved.

This voting return marks the fourth and final balloting update before the starters are announced on January 27th on TNT. The All-Star Game will be played in Los Angeles at the Staples Center on February 20th at 5PM PST.
