KD + OKC featured in SI last week. Sanchez and Favre lost, they should've put Durant on the cover!

PrintHey, OKC fans! If you didn't see last week's Sports Illustrated, then you should know that Kevin Durant and your OKC Thunder were featured on the cover of last week's SI. Chris Ballard discusses a lot about the Thunder and KD last week, but last week, the NFL playoffs were the cover story with Mark Sanchez on one cover, and Brett Favre on the other:
Favre was on fire last week vs. Dallas, but the Saints cooled him off the next week. Oh, look who's on the lower right hand corner:Kevin Durant! He should've been on the cover!
Anyway, for those who don't have the January 25 issue, here is the story about KD and the Thunder:

And I like what SI said on the cover: THUNDERBALL!
Let's tell Clay Bennett and maybe the folks at the Thunder P.R. department, or the folks at 640 AM or TV 52 and have a nice slogan for the 2010 NBA Playoffs if OKC reaches the field of 16: THUNDERBALL: Where Kevin Durant and upsetting the Lakers in the 1st round happen!
Here's hoping the Oklahoma City Thunder can make it to the playoffs. Surpassing last year's win total by the All-Star break is one achievement, making the playoffs is another. And I hope OKC sweeps the Lakers in the 1st round. That's what I REALLY love to see.
Good luck the rest of the way...OKC could be the new NBA power in a few more years!
