Another mock draft on ESPN. Notice the first line on the Thunder's 3rd pick, "...Rubio wouldn't object to being in Oklahoma City." So, whats the real story will he play here or won't he?

Agents make threats (Scott Boras for baseball, Drew Rosenhaus for football, Yi JianLian’s agent among others in basketball). Whether or not they follow through is another thing.
