1 round, 25th pick, who do you want?
This is obvioulsy rougher than the 3rd - 6th pick that we'll recieve. There are a few players that I'm interested in.
Austin Daye SF from Gonzaga
6'10 lanky scorer (.477FG, .429 3PT) who can block shots (2.1BLK).
Jarvis Varnado PF from Miss St.
6'9 shot blocking machine (4.7BLK). 7'4 wingspan and athletic. Reminds me of Chris Andersen.
Sam Young SF from PITT
6'6 is small for his position, but he is strong and athletic. Good rebounder and decent midrange game.
Thoughts?

If Sam Yougn is at this spot....
I say take him. He’s a got really nice, well-rounded game. He plays D, shoots decently, and is a solid athlete. Not sure you could say the same about the other guys.
...
Henderson, so will Daye will probably be gone. Blair reminds me to much of a DJ White clone. I do like Sam Young. I don’t know anything about the Miss State guy. What about Nick Calathes?
Varnado just pulled out of the draft, so he won’t be possible. He isn’t a very polished player. Varnado is mainly known for his shot blocking. He should break Shaq’s SEC block record next year.
Calathes sounds a lot like Livingston, with 3pt range and worse defense. I’m not sure.
So far it sounds like Young is the guy.
Don't pick Daye.
I’ve only seen a couple games from him but he was abysmal.
Um.
I’d pick Young out of these guys though. Not sure … more on talent than need at that point in the draft.
Three things you must know:
-"Ben Gordon is a bundle of muscle and clutch. That's all he's made of. Drink BG7 energy drink, you'll grow a pair of balls on your balls."
-Pau Gasol: The defense of a seven foot ladder paired with the post presence of Manute Bol.
-Joakim Noah is better than you.
Young or Ellington, say no to Hansborough
I am leaning toward Wayne Ellington. A pure shooter with a pretty good slash to the basket, and a good defender. I don’t think Young will fall to 25.
Oklahoma don't have a 25th pick it was traded to the bulls!
U guys can stop fantasizing about who to take with the 25th pick because it belongs to the bulls for the sefelosha trade!!
Actually, we still own the 25 pick (Via San Antonio)….we traded our 26th pick to the Bulls for Thabo.
