Thunder recalls D.J. White from Tulsa 66ers
The Oklahoma City Thunder has recalled forward D.J. White from the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League.
White was assigned to Tulsa on March 18 and played in three games averaging 17.3 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.0 assist in 37.7 minutes.
White, a rookie, has spent most of the season rehabbing from jaw surgery. He was acquired as part of a draft-day trade with the Detroit Pistons, who selected White 29th overall in the first round.

Any word on this?
Is healthy enough to contribute?
Ridiculous? I think Not.
Upside? Plenty.

As far as I can tell, he seems pretty healthy to me.
I think he can come right in an contribute off the bench right away. I saw his Jaw up close and personal on Saturday night, and it is still swollen, but I don’t think its going to hamper him from getting on the floor and playing.
With the Thunder record, I think it’s good to get him back up there and get him some minutes against NBA teams so we can see exactly where he is at, and so he can get some experience before next season. 17 and 10 for the 66ers in 3 games was solid contribution.
