Hello Thunder Nation

Welcome to SBNation. My name is Golden Boy. I am a diehard Golden States Warrior fan, but individually, I think Kevin Durant owns all. I am so proud of this 20-year old phenom. This man along with Russell Westbrook and Jeff Green is taking you guys to new heights in no time. I have been a Warriors season ticket holder for 2 years, and I am proud to say that I have attended every game Durant and the Thunder (Sonics last year) have come here to play. I won't lie. Last Saturday, his dunk on Anthony Randolph out here in our house was NASTY.

Durant has been my favorite player since his days in Texas. I've never even had a favorite hooper since Scottie Pippen. Throughout my time seeing him, fellow basketball fans weren't listening whenever I reccomended to watch Durant. Now after his many gw shots he already has in his young career, his all-star rookie game MVP and his dramatic comeback in the G E I C O game, all those people are taking notice of this man.

Well I'm glad the Thunder finally have a Forum now. When I checked, it wasn't here. I will definately be on this forum a lot. Feel free to come to www.goldenstateofmind.com and check out my forum I just wrote about how I hope ya'll whoop on the Lakers tomorrow. FYI, Lakers are the team I hate in ALL of sports. I'd choose Durant over Kobe to be on my team any day of the week.

Welcome to Loud City Goldenboy...

Always happy to hear from Durant fans outside of Oklahoma! Its about time people started taking notice at what this kid is doing! His second year numbers are very comparable to the great Lebron James’ second year tally’s.

WELCOME TO LOUD CITY!

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Read your post over there as the Dubs are my other team due to my 4 years and running in the Bay area. As a former born and raised Sonics fan, I found it hard making the Thunder transition. Durant has made it impossible to stay away. Cannot wait to see him develop.
