Your Oklahoma City Thunder Mascot: Rumble the Bison!

Rumble1_medium

Well, we've been waiting for this for awhile, and he's finally here! Rumble the Bison is the OFFICIAL mascot of the Oklahoma City Thunder. Clearly by the picture above you can see he'll be a high flyer and looks to be a very high octane, high energy mascot, which is great. He made a grand entrance during halftime by dropping from the ceiling sitting behind a drum kit, pounding on the drums. Who knows what the reaction of the rest of the leaugue's fans will be, but for me, and Thunderfans, I think we'll be pleased. CHECK OUT MORE PICS INSIDE!

So what does everybody think?

I really like it. I’m not sure giant head, skinny body is the first thing I think about when I think of a Thundering Bison, but hey, its a mascot. So far, I like him.

I like it....

The ladder shot is pretty crazy! I saw the clip of him flipping off but I think he missed the shot.

If he’d have made that shot, we’d probably have to look to at least sign him to a D-league contract.

I didn’t get to watch the game last night, so I’ve only seen pictures, but I’m really happy. I’m looking forward to seeing some alternate logos with the mascot on them. I even like the name, Rumble. It’s about time they did something right. By that I mean, colors logo etc, nothing do to with personnel, they’ve been great there.

I agree with you about alternate logos. I’m ready for Alternate Logo’s and Uniforms. Welcome to the site by the way leah_bh, always happy to see new faces around here!
