3 Keys from Thunder's Win over Philly

I really enjoyed getting to take this win in.  It was a different kind of win for us; one I would call "gritty".  The reason for that is the first key:

1) Collison.  Does he ever let a possession go by without putting down a devastating screen on at least one poor soul?  He plays such a smart C position, and I don't think anyone on our team can box out as well as he does.  He's especially fun to watch this season because he brings elements the Thunder have been missing so far this year.  With him in there, do you think we give up 23 ORB to the Rockets?  I don't.

2) Westbrook as PG.  This guy had several opportunities where he might have had a shot, but you could tell he was always looking to pass to the open man.  He shot terribly, but who even cares.  He can go 0-10 with 15 assists and 2 tov every night!  Nice to see we're still undefeated when he gets 10+ assists.  This game got me convinced again that Russell has the right tools.

3) The return of KD's 3 point shot.  Prior to Wednesday, KD had made only 16 3 pointers all season, so it was really nice to see him knock down 5 in one game.  It's not that he has to every game, but that's the opportunities we found ourselves with frequently (thanks to Westbrook's good passing), and KD was consistently hitting the open shots from beyond the arc. Hopefully we'll see his 3P% continue to climb from .288 closer to the .422 from last season.

How about "just" the return of the 3 point shot?

Sefo and Green knocked a few down as well. Their shots have been M.I.A. for too long.

Sefo

Has already proven himself invaluable but if he can have 38% 3 shot then he becomes an all star ..

How the hell did that happen? I am Trailblazer fan to the core but I love me some OKC THunder!!! Must be the Hometown pride I feel.

Looking at the stats linked...

it seem Green is shooting better from the 3 than Durant.
