I'm watching

my Razorbacks destroy Auburn, but I’ll check in from time to time here.

Yeah I have that on the TV too, not really paying attention too much though.

…What’s Arkansas’ record? They are killing Auburn.

Currently

They’re 2-2.

Lost a battle to Georgia and hammered by Bama.

But the defense is playing great today.

Ibaka and Mullens

Are set to get extended minutes today. Brooks says probably in the 20’s for Ibaka.

Pre-Season

is all about getting guys playing time, figuring out where they are and what they need to work on / how they fit with current solidified players, not necessarily winning, although it’d be nice.

I think Ibaka is better than expected.

I seen him during the open practice on Monday and he was very impressive.

I thought

Ibaka looked pretty good in Orlando for summer league.

by ElectricPencils on Oct 10, 2009 1:14 PM CDT up reply actions

Ibaka continues to impress me...

I know it was only 4 minutes, but he did a LOT with it, looking forward to seeing what he does today.

Harden off the a GREAT start shooting.

Despite his two fouls he is 3-3 shooting with 2-2 coming behind the line, and 8 points.

Wish I could stick around...

But I have to get going. :-(

If anyone is listening, it’d be nice to read some impressions when I get back later tonight. Its hard enough to write recaps without watching, but without watching or listening is a bit harder. Although I will listen to as much as I can.

Doesn't sound/look like

Mullens is doing much, but Ibaka is having a good game.

by ElectricPencils on Oct 10, 2009 2:31 PM CDT reply actions

I hope Ibaka is okay. He left limping a few minutes ago.

by daddydai on Oct 10, 2009 3:03 PM CDT reply actions

It seems that Ibaka is okay.

Brooks gave this game away.

We had Mullens, Ibaka, Weaver, Ollie, and Harden on the court and was leading by a few points with 3 minutes remaining in the 4th.

Then Paul was inserted in the game. And Brooks didn’t counter until our lead was blown with less than a minute left.

Mullens sounded terrible.

I'm happy with Ibaka stats...

9 rebounds (4 offensive) 2 blocks and 12 points in 26 minutes.
